Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use govern all bookings and services provided through the Airports Transfer Turkey website (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") operated by BEKPEN ULUSLARARASI TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter "Airports Transfer Turkey", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Istanbul, Turkey, with MERSİS No: 0161095459600001 and TURSAB Licence Nr: 14563.

By placing a booking or using any service offered through the Airports Transfer Turkey Platform, you ("Traveller", "Passenger", "you", "your") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or our services.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Transport Services

Airports Transfer Turkey provides private airport transfer and point-to-point transportation services within Istanbul and surrounding areas. The services available through our Platform include:

All transfers are operated by Airports Transfer Turkey directly, using licensed, professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles registered under the Company. Airports Transfer Turkey is the sole provider of the transport services booked through this Platform and assumes full responsibility for the quality and execution of each transfer.

1.3 Vehicle Assignment

The vehicle type shown at the time of booking represents the category of vehicle you will receive. While we make every effort to provide the exact model shown, Airports Transfer Turkey reserves the right to assign an equivalent or superior vehicle within the same category (e.g. a Volkswagen Caravelle instead of a Mercedes Vito) depending on fleet availability. The passenger and luggage capacity will always match or exceed what was booked.

2. Booking Process

2.1 Placing a Booking

Bookings can be placed through the Airports Transfer Turkey website, via WhatsApp at +90 544 102 1414, or by email at bekpenturizm@gmail.com. When placing a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information including:

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Airports Transfer Turkey via email or WhatsApp. The confirmation will include your booking reference, driver details, vehicle type, pickup time and location, and the agreed transfer price. The mere completion of an online booking form does not constitute acceptance until a written confirmation has been issued by us.

2.3 Minimum Booking Notice

Airports Transfer Turkey requires a minimum of 12 hours notice before the scheduled pickup time. Bookings placed with less than 12 hours notice may be accepted at our discretion but cannot be guaranteed.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are correct at the time of confirmation. Airports Transfer Turkey shall not be held liable for any delays, additional costs, or missed transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the Traveller, including but not limited to wrong flight numbers, incorrect addresses, or inaccurate passenger/luggage counts.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Fixed Pricing

All prices quoted by Airports Transfer Turkey are fixed at the time of booking and will not change regardless of traffic conditions, route diversions, or flight delays. The price displayed during the booking process is the total amount payable for the transfer. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or additional charges unless you request services beyond what was originally booked.

3.2 Currency

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) on the Platform. Airports Transfer Turkey also accepts payment in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Turkish Lira (TRY). The exchange rate applied for non-EUR payments will be the rate current at the time of the transfer.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payment is collected directly by the driver upon completion of the transfer. Airports Transfer Turkey accepts:

3.4 No Prepayment Required

Airports Transfer Turkey does not require any prepayment, deposit, or advance charge to confirm your booking. Your booking is fully confirmed without any upfront financial commitment. Payment is made only on the day of travel, directly to your assigned driver.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1 Free Cancellation

Airports Transfer Turkey offers free cancellation for any booking cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No cancellation fee, penalty, or charge of any kind will be applied. To cancel a booking, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.

4.2 Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed transfer price. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or failure to cancel altogether (no-show), may result in the full transfer price being charged.

4.3 Modifications

Changes to an existing booking (date, time, pickup location, destination, number of passengers) can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, subject to vehicle and driver availability. Modification requests should be sent via WhatsApp or email. If the modification requires a different vehicle category, the price difference (if any) will apply.

4.4 Cancellation by Airports Transfer Turkey

In rare and exceptional circumstances (severe weather, natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events), Airports Transfer Turkey may cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full rebooking at no extra cost or a complete refund of any amounts already paid.

5. Flight Monitoring and Pickup Procedure

5.1 Real-Time Flight Tracking

For all airport pickups, Airports Transfer Turkey monitors your flight status in real time using live flight tracking technology. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, your driver arrival time will be adjusted automatically. You do not need to inform us of flight delays as our system handles this for you at no additional charge.

5.2 Meet and Greet

Your Airports Transfer Turkey driver will meet you inside the airport terminal at the arrivals hall. The driver will hold a name board displaying your name as provided during booking. Prior to your arrival, you will receive the driver name, photograph, and direct mobile phone number so you can contact them if needed.

5.3 Pickup from Other Locations

For non-airport pickups (hotels, residences, cruise ports, etc.), your driver will arrive at the agreed address at the scheduled time. The driver will contact you by phone or WhatsApp upon arrival. It is your responsibility to be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.

6. Waiting Time Policy

6.1 Complimentary Waiting Time

Airports Transfer Turkey provides the following complimentary (free) waiting time from the scheduled pickup time or actual flight landing time:

6.2 Extended Waiting Time

If you require additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period, please inform your driver. Extended waiting time is charged at a rate that will be communicated by the driver at the time of the request. The charge is applied per 15-minute increment.

6.3 No-Show

If the Traveller does not appear at the pickup point within 30 minutes after the complimentary waiting period has expired, and cannot be reached by phone, the transfer will be recorded as a no-show. In the case of a no-show, the full transfer price may be charged. Airports Transfer Turkey will make at least three attempts to contact the Traveller by phone and/or WhatsApp before marking a transfer as a no-show.

7. Luggage and Passenger Policy

7.1 Luggage Allowance

Each vehicle category has a maximum luggage capacity as displayed at the time of booking. Standard luggage is defined as a suitcase weighing up to 23 kg with dimensions not exceeding 80 x 50 x 30 cm. Small personal items such as handbags, backpacks, and laptop bags are not counted toward the luggage allowance.

7.2 Excess Luggage

If you arrive at the pickup point with more luggage than was declared in the booking and the assigned vehicle cannot safely accommodate it, Airports Transfer Turkey may arrange an additional vehicle at an extra cost. If an additional vehicle is not available, Airports Transfer Turkey shall not be responsible for any items left behind.

7.3 Special Items

Items such as oversized sports equipment (surfboards, skis, bicycles), musical instruments, or bulky items must be declared at the time of booking. Failure to declare such items may result in the driver being unable to accommodate them.

7.4 Child Seats

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request at no additional charge. Please indicate the need for a child seat (including the child age and weight) at the time of booking so we can ensure the correct equipment is provided.

7.5 Passenger Capacity

The number of passengers must not exceed the capacity stated for the booked vehicle category. For safety and legal reasons, the driver has the right to refuse transport if the actual number of passengers exceeds the booked amount and cannot be safely accommodated.

8. Passenger Conduct

8.1 General Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat the driver, the vehicle, and other passengers with respect. Airports Transfer Turkey reserves the right to terminate a transfer in progress without refund if a passenger behaviour poses a safety risk, is abusive toward the driver, or causes damage to the vehicle.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited in all Airports Transfer Turkey vehicles:

The Traveller shall be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior as a result of the Traveller actions or those of persons in their party. This includes stains, tears, breakage, and excessive soiling.

9. Liability and Limitations

9.1 Service Liability

Airports Transfer Turkey is committed to providing reliable, safe, and comfortable transfers. However, we shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

9.2 Consequential Losses

Airports Transfer Turkey shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed flights, missed appointments, lost business opportunities, or hotel booking losses.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In all cases, the total liability of Airports Transfer Turkey for any claim arising from or related to a booking shall not exceed the total price paid or payable for that specific transfer.

9.4 Lost Property

Airports Transfer Turkey is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after the completion of a transfer. However, if you believe you have left an item behind, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return your property, though we cannot guarantee recovery. Any shipping costs for returning lost property will be borne by the Traveller.

10. Insurance and Safety

10.1 Vehicle Insurance

All vehicles operated by Airports Transfer Turkey carry full comprehensive insurance and third-party liability coverage as required by Turkish law. All passengers are covered under this insurance for the duration of the transfer.

10.2 Driver Licensing

All Airports Transfer Turkey drivers hold valid professional driving licences and have completed background checks. Drivers are experienced, English-speaking professionals who are familiar with Istanbul roads, airports, and tourist areas.

10.3 Vehicle Standards

All vehicles in the Airports Transfer Turkey fleet undergo regular safety inspections and maintenance. Vehicles are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and equipped with seat belts for all passenger seats. Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times during the transfer in accordance with Turkish traffic law.

11. Personal Data and Privacy

Airports Transfer Turkey collects and processes personal data strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your booking and providing our services. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Airports Transfer Turkey Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of BEKPEN ULUSLARARASI TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from the Company.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any booking made through the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.

14. Modifications to These Terms

Airports Transfer Turkey reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date reflected at the top. Continued use of the Platform or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
